Kitty Moon chokers are available at Dark Twisted Fantasy for 50L Each at the gacha. You may be lucky enough to score the rare that gives you a hud with all colours. She also has some lovely screens available for 50L each too so check those out.

The boots are at the market for 150L each. The pack contains a plain pair of wicket boots or the option to have boots with a dagger on or a potion on.. or both like I did ;D
